Founder & Principal Attorney

Taylor Goodall founded Goodall Strategic Counsel after nineteen years in practice. He began his career at a leading public-finance firm, first as an associate and later as partner, before establishing his own practice to serve clients directly and across a wider range of matters.

His work spans public finance engagements as bond and disclosure counsel, state and federal regulatory representation across multiple industries, litigation and co-counsel support to other law firms, and business and international-law counsel. A member of the State Bar of Texas and the National Association of Bond Lawyers, he is regularly entrusted with the sophisticated regulatory and financial questions that sit beneath major transactions and disputes.
